Malaysia[edit]in malaysia, the sixth generation city appeared on march 20, 2014 and is available in 4 trim levels (all from day one with a 5-liter cvt engine): s, s , e and v.[47]
March 2, 2017, the updated city was introduced with three available trim levels: s, e and v. A hybrid version, with malaysia being the second country after japan, it sells a city hybrid. The locally assembled hybrid uses honda's intelligent dual-clutch system (i-dcd) sport hybrid. It is equipped with a 1.5-liter dohc i-vtec atkinson cycle engine with 110 hp. In may 2017, an updated version of the city debuted in the philippines with added led headlights and fog lights for the vx and standard daytime running lights (drls). Across the line.
Singapore[edit]the city is available from kah motor (honda distributor in singapore) in 2 trims: v and sv. Last year, with the facelifted city, the sv trim was even more distinct from the base v trim with automatic climate control, in addition to features previously offered prior to the update, such as paddle shifters, push start, touchscreen head unit, fog lights and 16 inch wheels. However, after the facelift, the sv received an aftermarket touchscreen dvd head unit instead of the factory one.
It is also implemented as honda grace via parallel import, both in petrol and hybrid versions.
Taiwan[edit]honda taiwan first unveiled the sixth generation city at the 2014 taipei auto show, where honda also unveiled its nsx concept sports car. The city's taiwan market was officially announced on 4 march 2014 and received approved for sale in the second quarter of the same year. This was the first time the city went on sale in taiwan since 2002, when the third generation city was discontinued. The model was discontinued in november 2020. The 1.5-litre i-vtec petrol engine, the latest engine option for thailand, has been tuned to run on e85 fuel. The sixth generation city comes in 6 trim levels (s mt, s cvt, v cvt, v cvt, sv cvt and sv cvt). Some methods for the thai market are available with 2 airbags, vehicle stability control (vsa) and peak start assist. 6 airbags are obtained only in the top-end sv (sv plus) configuration. -M.[55]
Pakistan[edit]the 6th generation city appeared in pakistan in july 2021, replacing the long running 5th generation city. Assembled at your home, it came with two engine options: 1-2 and 1.5 liter petrol engines.[56]

Timeline
Honda fit/jazz predecessor (third generation) (hatchback, southeast asia and south america )[64][65] the seventh generation city (fifth generation as a sedan)[4] was manufactured in bangkok, thailand on november 25, 2019 in sedan form.[66] it shared its platform with the fit/jazz of the fourth generations. Although it has grown so much that it is slightly larger than the ninth generation civic sedan (2011-2016), the city is still sold and perceived as a subcompact or b-segment car.69]
Hatchback[edit]the hatchback version was launched in november 2020; twenty-six years after this body style was last used in 1994. In dimensions, the hatchback is 208 mm (8.2 in) shorter than the sedan by 4,345 mm (171.1 in), meaning it is close in size to the european ninth. Generations of the civic hatchback.Honda said the hatchback has more legroom in the base than the sedan and features ultra seats borrowed from fit/jazz and hr-v, allowing for four rear seat arrangements - universal, long, high and update modes. The city hatchback serves as a replacement for the fit/jazz in several emerging markets (excluding south africa where the fit is sold) and is currently available in thailand, indonesia, malaysia and brazil.[64]
Markets[ edit]
India[edit]the city sedan was introduced and available in india on july 16 of the coming year. It is sold together with an old model, the continuation of which is produced in the state.[71] city for the indian market is offered in three trim levels - v, vx and zx - with a choice of petrol and diesel 1.5-liter four-cylinder engines. The petrol engine has upgraded i-vtec unit with dohc (formerly sohc) and the other is i-dtec turbodiesel. Both engines are paired as standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, while the cvt is the prerogative only for the petrol version. Of those five passengers, dual front airbags, front side torso airbags, traction control and hill-start assist as standard, the vx and zx trims are equipped with curtain airbags for head protection, and the zx trim level is equipped with a blind spot monitor. Unlike the malaysian car, the indian car is not approved for use with i-size child seats. It has also not been crash tested by global ncap, as the fourth generation car that was sold alongside the fifth generation car has more affordable safety features and was tested in 2022. Honda did not sponsor the testing of the fifth generation.
For the first time, a first-class city is equipped with a honda lanewatch camera system, inside which a camera on the passenger's side mirror feeds the image to the main screen, giving drivers a better view of the left side of the car. Other notable features include an 8.0" touchscreen audio system with alexa remote control capability and support for android auto and apple carplay, a 7.0" digital device combination display, and a sunroof.[72]
Honda cars india announced it will enter city e:hev retail chains in april 2022. This powertrain is expected to be available in the zx trim. It is also expected to be the first honda model in india to offer honda sensing, incorporating privacy-enhancing technologies such as forward collision alert, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and emergency lane keeping. , As well as driver assistance technologies such as adaptive cruise control.[73]
Indonesia[edit]the seventh generation city was first made in indonesia on march 3, 2021 in hatchback form. The city hatchback is produced in the country and has directly replaced the jazz. Malaysia [edit] the city sedan was introduced in malaysia on august 24, 2020. And manufactured for the automotive market on october 13, 2020. It is available in 4 trims: s, e, v and e:hev rs. The s, e and v trims are powered by a naturally aspirated 1.5-liter l15zf dohc engine, while the top trim rs is offered with an intelligent multi-mode drive (i-mmd) hybrid version to match the naturally aspirated 1.5-liter leb-h5 dohc engine. The e:hev rs trim gets many features from other trim levels, including an electronic parking brake with automatic brake hold, and a full honda sensing driver assistance package that includes adaptive cruise control. > v sensing bundle launched on november 3, 2021. Unlike the regular v trim, it features a 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster and honda sensing safety and driver assistance system similar to the e:hev rs trim.[ 80]
The city hatchback was released on december 7, 2021. It is laid out in s, e, v and e:hev rs trims, as is the city sedan.[81] like its sedan counterpart, the s, e, and v trims feature a 1.5-liter l15zf dohc naturally aspirated engine, while the top-of-the-line rs trim has an intelligent multi-mode drive (i-mmd) hybrid version with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated leb-h5 dohc engine.
The v sensing bundle started on april 11, 2022. With 7" semi-digital dashboard and security system and driver assistance honda sensing, similar to e: hev rs.[82]

Philippines[edit ]the city sedan was launched in the philippines along with facelifted honda cr-v on october 22, 2020. The new city is now imported from thailand rather than assembled locally at the now defunct honda santa rosa factory. The only engine made for the philippine market is the number one.5-litre i-vtec engine. Known as the l15zf, the engine is relatively the same as the l15z used in previous models minus the double overhead cams and the subsequent implementation of honda earth dreams technology.
